Thank you for shopping with Rhys Waite Musician. This Shipping Policy explains how physical product orders are processed and shipped.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped physically.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital download via email or through the checkout/download page.

2. Physical Product Processing Times
For physical products, orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing for international orders
- Seasonal demand or postal disruptions
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
4. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected products.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
5. Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A description of the issue
I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
