Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Rhys Waite Musician.

Please read my refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products - including guitar presets; bass presets, impulse responses, plugins, profiles or other downloadable content, I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered or downloaded.

By purchasing a digital product from my store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products cannot be returned
  • Refunds will not be issued for accidental purchases
  • Refunds will not be issued for incompatibility with your software, hardware or setup if compatibility requirements were clearly listed before purchase
  • Refunds will not be issued because you changed your mind or no longer want the product

If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your files, please contact me at rhyswaitemusician@gmail.com and I will do my best to assist you.

2. Physical Products

I accept returns for eligible physical products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived incorrect

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect - please contact me within 7 days of delivery at rhyswaitemusician@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging


I will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, store credit or refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or opened physical products (unless defective)
